About the authors: Kathleen Howard is a Programming Analyst. She was involved in the Home Wine, Beer and allied business while attending college at Oklahoma University in the 1960s. Much of her experience was gleaned through personal conversations with customers, a few of whom knew about distillation procedures in great detail because one or another of their parents were involved in "moonshining" as it was called in those days. Norman Gibat is an Electronics Engineer. In 1966 he sold home wine and beer supplies. In 1968-1970 there was a small boom in making home wine and beer in the USA and Canada. Much of the material for this book was gathered prior to and during the period.
